Kremna torta z jagodami
Čas priprave približno: 5 hrs 30 min
Na kos približno: 390 kcal, beljakovine: 8g, maščobe: 31g, ogljikovi hidrati: 20g
Sladki užitek brez peke.
- 100 g sesekljani lešniki
- 100 g piškoti za tiramisu
- 70 g rahlo grenka kuvertura
- 150 g mehko maslo
- 1 ščepec sol
Priprava
Za mandljevo kremo:
- 5 listov želatine, 80 g mandljevih lističev, 250 ml mleka, 2 jajci, 2 rumenjaka, 50 g sladkorja, 2 žlici amareto sirupa, 500 ml smetane, 1 kg jagod, 1 žlico sladkorja v prahu.
Priprava:
1. Sesekljane lešnike prepražite v suhi ponvi in jih ohladite. Piškote dobro zdrobite. Kuverturo sesekljajte in raztopite. Zmešajte jo z maslom, lešniki, piškotnimi drobtinami in ščepcem soli. Maso pritisnite ob dno modela za torto (premera 26 cm), obloženega s papirjem za peko in za 1 uro postavite v hladilnik.
2. Za kremo namočite želatino. Mandlje prepražite v suhi ponvi. 50 g mandljev in mleko zavrite, odstavite s štedilnika in pustite stati 30 minut. 180 do 220 ml mandljevega mleka precedite skozi cedilo in ga nalijte v kovinsko posodo. Dodajte jajci, rumenjaka, sladkor in sirup ter nad vročo vodno kopeljo stepajte 15 do 20 minut.
3. Želatino ožmite in jo raztopite v topli mandljevi kremi. Kremo postavite v hladilnik za 30 minut. Ko začne želatina delovati, vmešajte stepeno smetano in postavite v hladilnik še za 30 minut.
4. Pripravite jagode. Na lešnikovo podlago nanesite nekaj kreme in obložite z nekaj jagodami. Prekrijte s preostalo kremo in obložite s preostalimi jagodami. Torto postavite v hladilnik za 2 uri. Tortni obroč odstranite in torto okrasite z mandlji in sladkorjem v prahu.
